Shahid Kapoor, a name of the talent of Bollywood. Shahid is a son of a known character actor Pankaj Kapoor and a classical dancer and TV actress Neelima Azeem. Today Shahid turned into his 33^rd year of achieved life. Let’s make a look on his achieved life till date.

Shahid born on 25^Th February, 1981 and mostly grew up with her mother as when he was only 3 year older his parents decided to take divorce. During his education he studied out from Gyan Bharati School in Delhi and then Rajhans Vidyalaya at Mumbai. Before entering in the industry he joined Shiamak Davar Institute of The Performing Arts (SDIPA). Still being a son of known actor he started his career in music videos and advertisements. He is a one of the “Great Dancer” actor in the industry and He worked as background dancer too. He has seen as background dancer in Shubhash Ghai’s movie “Taal” in 1999 behind Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

His real journey of Bollywood started with his movie “Ishq Vishk” released in 2003 and it was established Shahid as a superstar. His First movie, Ishk Vishk given him a Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut. His remarkable movies are Vivah (2006), Chup Chup Ke (2006), (Jab We Met (2007) and Kaminey (2009) proven him a horse of long race. Till now Shahid worked in around 25 movies and among them Ishq Vishk won Filmfare for Best Actor Male and Jab We Met and Kaminey nominated for the same. Till now from his career year 2010 was on his name as continuously four movies Chance Pe Dance (which was written for only aiming him as lead hero), Paathshaala, Badmaash Company and Milenge Milenge released. He is only actor blessed by critics since his first movie.

In his personal life, he belongs to some of Bollywood actors who are vegetarian. During the shooting of “Fida” in year 2004 he came near to Kareena Kapoor and both started dating. Due to some of personal issues they separated themselves during the shooting of Jab We Met in (2007). From 2004 to 2007 their affair was counted as a very high profile affair and mostly both seen everywhere with each other. After Kareena his name joined with many Bollywood actresses like Vidya Balan, Priyanka Chopra, Nargis Fakhri and Bipasa Basu but not confirmed from both end for the relationship. After divorce his father married one of the known Gujarati actresses Supriya Pathak. He shares cordial relations with his stepmother.

Presently Shahid is busy with filming is upcoming movie Haider which is directed by Vishal Bhardwaj. The movie Haider may be in theater on 12^Th September, 2014.

Sonu Walia, a forgotten name of Bollywood. A gorgeous lady of B-Town turned into 50 today. She has born on 19^Th February, 1964 in Delhi. Her father was an army officer and named her as “Sonia”. She graduated with psychology and was a student of journalism. She started modeling during her college. She is a winner of “Miss India” in 1985. After getting the title of Miss India she started to work in Bollywood with new name of “Sonu”.

Sonu work around 30 movies in Bollywood. “Shart” was her first movie released in 1986 and she acted as model in the movie. She made her clear identity as “Nandini” in 1988 in movie “Khoon Bhari Mang”. As Nandini of “Khoon Bhari Mang” She honored with Best Supporting Actress. She became a sex symbol of the Bollywood as “Priya” in the same year with the movie Aakarshan. She was a leading actress in 90s decade. It was discussed in B Town about her affair with Kabir Bedi for some time. She also worked in TV series of Mahabharat during 1988 to 1990 as Maharani Chitrangada and Betaal Pachisi.

In 1995 she married with Mr. Pratap Singh, who is a US based hotelier and then after seen very less in Bollywood. During 1986 to 2008 she worked in various types of roles in Bollywood and some of them became very famous also. Let’s see some super hit movies details of Sonu. Khoon Bhari Mang was her blockbuster in 1988, Toofan in 1989, Mahasangram, Haatim Tai, Tejaa and Agneekaal in 1990, Haque and Pratikaar in 1991, Tahalka in 1992, Sahibaan in 1993, Fauji in 1995 and Yash in 1996 were her remarkable movies in her career.

Satyamev Jayate Returns

Star Plus aired a talk show named “Satyamev Jayate” hosted by Aamir Khan, a super talented star of Bollywood on 6^Th May 2012. The talk show was produced by Aamir Khan Production which is handled by Aamir Khan himself and his wife Kiran Rao. SMJ was directed by Satyajit Bhatkal and it was a series on burning issues of Indian societies. Satyamev Jayate proved its popularity and given the remembrance of the time of 80’s and 90’s when Mahabharat and Ramayan created such a huge popularity in society. That time they created curfew situation on the roads during the telecast on Sunday. Like the same Satyamev Jayate made people curious for what will be raised in the upcoming episode. The talk show was in Hindi language and also translated in Punjabi, Bengali, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu and English. The show was aired in more than 100 countries and it was an achievement for any of Indian talk show. The show was aired till 29^Th July 2012 and one special episode aired on 15^Th August 2012 on Independence Day of India. It was a chain of 14 episodes on various issues of society which are directly or indirectly touching to human lives or the lives on the earth. Each episode of SMJ has a special massage and a special song written in sense of that topic. Let’s make a look for some of episode’s content.

As the first episode aired SMJ got unexpected response from the Indian audience. First episode initially got the traffic only due to Aamir Khan but than after all traffic came due to only content of the series. First episode was on the issue of “Female foeticide in India” with the massage of “Daughters are precious”. Female foeticide is not new in India but since some time it became very serious issue came out from research. It found high in highly qualified families too. Second episode came with child abuse and shocking matter was the research again. The survey said that every second child is a victim of the child abuse. Also the episode proves a very serious thing was, child abusing starts from the home and also by very close relatives. Fifth episode again targeted to those who became self lawyer of the society and became a cause of honor killing and the love marriages in society. Due to this only India lost very talented girls in past. Seventh episode was for domestic violence and people of India seen a dark side of even well educated, high status holder businessmen and high social peoples domestic violence issues. Season of 14 episodes raised many issues like Dowry System, Physical Disabilities, Organic Farming, Alcohol Abuse, Rain Water Harvesting and Casteisum and Untouchability.

Now it is heard through sources and also declared on the official website of Satyamev Jayate [http://www.satyamevjayate.in/] that it will be on aired on the same channel (i.e. Star Plus) at 11 AM on Every Sunday of March-2014. Popularity of Satyamev Jayate is a landmark for talk shows now days.

Belated Happy Birth Day Abhishek Bachchan

5^Th April, 1976 was a special day for Bachchan family. A new born baby gave a parenthood status to Shri Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan. Yesterday was his 38^Th birth Day. Bollywood Buzz conveys Mr. Abhishek Bachchan belated wishes of his birth day. Let’s make a look on little known and unknowns of Mr. Junior Bachchan. In his early life he studied out from Jamnabai Narsee School, Bombay Scottish School in Mumbai and Modern School, Vasant Vihar in Delhi. He joined further education in Aiglon College in Switzerland and also attended Boston University but dropped due to his passion for Bollywood.

After dropping Boston University, Baby B launched in Bollywood by a movie named “Refugee” of Shri J. P. Dutta in year 2000 which was also a launching movie of Kareena Kapoor. As there was huge expectations from Junior Bachchan the first movie became flop but analyzers and critics said Abhi “A Horse of Long Race!” and till now he proved it. He gave fourteen flop films continuously before blockbuster Dhoom and then after the cycle of success started with Yuva, Sarkar, Bunty Aur Babli, Guru, Kabhi Alvida Naa Kahena, Bluf Master, Dhoom 2, Dostana, Paa, Bol Bachchan and the latest is Dhoom 3.

In his personal life he was engaged with Karishma Kapoor on 60^Th birth day of his father Amitabh Bachchan in 2002 but due to some reasons it was broken. What were reasons are still not declared from both sides. He became alone again and concentrated towards career. In 2006 during the shooting of movie Dhoom by Yash Raj Films he came in touch with Aishwarya Rai who was also staring in the same film. After a few month of friendship they felt their attraction towards each other. Abhishek proposed Aish in New York and finally they announced their engagement on 14^Th January 2007. Soon within four months the couple married on 20^Th April 2007 at Mr. Bachchan’s Prateeksha Bungalow at Juhu in Mumbai in a very private ceremony in presence of family and industry friends. Abhi is three year younger than Aishwarya. They both worked together in five films namely Dhai Akshar Prem Ke, Kuchh Na Kaho, Sarkar Raj, Umrav Jaan and Guru. Abhi won is first Film Fare Award for “Best Actor” in “Yuva” in 2004. He also won Fimfare for ”Best Supporting Actor” in “Sarkar” and “Kabhi Alvida Na Kahena”.He is also engaged with his father’s venture AB Corporation Ltd which produced first movie “Paa” mainly staring Amitabh, Abhishek and Vidya Balan and it became super hit.

In 2011 the couple turned parent after birth of Aaradhya on 16^Th November. He was very nervous and could not in position to see against his daughter when he became father.

Jai Ho! - Flop Show or Expected More

Salman Khan, name is enough for personality. Icon of fitness and definition of success in Bollywood is Salman.  Since last some years he is giving sequels of south Indian movies and got succeeded every time. He gave continuous five blockbuster movies in recent time. Dabangg, Ready, Bodyguard, Ek Tha Tiger and Dabagg 2 are his latest super hits. This 26^th January his movie released with name Jai Ho produced and directed by his brother Sohail Khan. After huge collection by Krissh 3 and Dhoom 3 it was expected that Jai Ho will beat them as the personality of Salman is more successful then Aamir and Hritik Roshan as well his last movies performances were like wow. Also the movie was a remake of one of the south movie Stalin which was already a blockbuster in south film industry. The movie first named with "Mental "and came on floor to shoot on 27^th February, 2013. After some time the movie renamed by "Jai Ho".

Since the competitor's movies were crossing the records on box office, it was genuine expectations from the Salman Khan's upcoming movie as he has only working on a single project. After music launch and the hits came on released promo, expectations became higher. The movie came more in news with a little political touch when Salman met Shri Narendra Modi during the movie promotions. He took lunch and spent some time with Shri Narendra Modi who declared prime ministerial candidate from his party's alliance for 2014 Polls. Narendra Modi is a chief minister of Gujarat and also one of the very popular leaders in India. He also became controversial leader after 2002 riots in Gujarat and due to that also he became a well discussed politician around the world. It became a controversy for movie as Salman met him.

"Jai Ho" consumed Rs. 65 crore with promotion cost and done business around 110 cr. till now. By the way movie was expected due to Salman only otherwise there was no good story in Dhoom 3 too. Salman accepted failure of Jai Ho and added that "I can not force people to come to the theater. If they will like they will come themself. It is not compulsory that Salman's movie released and so that he has to watch it." This is actually called legendary as he considers the time, which comes in every one's life with success and failure.

Rekha Ganeshan - Blessed After 33 Years

Indian film industry is called as "Bollywood" in the world of entertainment in the world and it is a biggest entertainment industry in the world. Amitabh Bachchan is a biggest star of the industry who engaged with the industry since more than 45 years. Relations and affairs is a common thing in entertainment industry. Many relations begins with a very much hope but maximum of them dies with a deep silent. No story or a single line comes out from the both ends for the end of the relations. Amitabh Bachchan and Rekha Ganeshan's story is one of them. Mr. Bachchan and Rekha worked as a co-star in many movies but during the veteran director Shri Yash Chopra's movie Silsila became a landmark of their love story. They both never accept or decline about their relationship but everyone was well aware for the said relations. As gossip came in the media they started avoiding came together in public domain. The movie Silsila was released in 1981 and the hidden story was also started in the same year. Mr. Bachchan or Rekha were never replying for the answers regarding each other. It passed 33 years but still the story was there. Many time they seen at the same place like in movie premiers or award functions but succeeded to keep distance from each other and also from the cameras of media. It is observed that whenever Mr. Bachchan or Rekha came on the stage for getting award or to perform, cameras getting face emotions of both.

            It was a night of 14^Th Januar, 2014 when 20^Th Screen Awards function organized in Mumbai. B Town celebrities were started arriving to attend the functions with hope of getting awards too. It was the first award function of year 2014 and the great start or you can say big news from the premises of the Screen Award. Bachchan family is one of the reputed families in Bollywood. They are very sincere and familiar in public life. Many guests already arrived for the function and Rekha was one of them. After few minutes Mr. Bachchan came with his young and dynamic son Abhishek, who is also a one of the superstar in new generation of Bollywood and his wife Jaya Bachchan, who is also a one of the veteran actress of Bollywood. As per allotment of seats, there was a seat of Rekha before Bachchans. Bachchans seen Rekha was sitting there and suddenly the whole family turns towards Rekha. First Mr. Bachchan greeted her and then the same followed by Abhishek and Jaya.

The love story of Amitabh and Rekha was about seemed died but after passing 33 years the same was became headline. In 1981 there was only limited print media, who covered the story of post Silsila but after three decades there is a huge media covered the story. Sholay History Before Sholay 3D

Sholay – A name stands with a new definition of success. Today on 3^Rd January 2014 the 3D version of Sholay is in theaters. Let's remember again interesting facts of unforgettable scenes and dialogues. The movie Sholay was released on 15^Th August 1975. The movie staring Amitabh Bachchan, Dharmendra, Jaya Bhaduri (Bachchan), Hema Malini, Amjad Khan, Sanjeev Kumar, produced by G. P. Sippy and directed by Ramesh Sippy. Most of readers might have seen the movie much time but now here some facts are presented against you and for that I can say, "You might not aware!!!" So let's see what you know and what not.

The movie launched in Oct-1973 and released on 15-Aug.-1975, means the shoot took two and half year for reaching to the theaters. That time the budget of movie was only three crores. Sholay was shoot the same scene in two sets of negatives, one in 70MM and second was of 35MM and due to this every scene shoot for two times. Sholay was the first film in bollywood which was shown more than 25 weeks in more than 1000 theaters in India. It was India's first 70MM movie with stereophonic sound.

There are too many changes happened before release of Sholay, like selection of directors and actors. Writers of Sholay, Javed Akhtar and Salim Khan first insisted that time successful director Manmohan Desai but he decline as he was busy with his another project. Characters of the movie were mostly relevant to the writers or that time society. Jai and Veeru were Salim Khan's college friends and Thakur Baldev Singh is a name of his Father in Law. Villain name came from the original dacoit in 1950's in Gwalior area. He was very cruel as per record and Soorma was a Forest officer in Madhya Pradesh. Shatrughan Sinha was considered for character of Jai initially but finally it was played by Amitabh Bachchan. Dharmendra dreamed to play the character of Thakur but when he read full script than decided to play Veeru as Basanti was finally coming to Veeru. Danny was finalized for Gabbar Singh but due to his busyness the character came to Amjad Khan. Actually Amjad Khan was sujjested by Javed Akhtar and he made history. Yes, we know Gabbar Singh a great villain of bollywood era but it is also fact that there are only nine scenes in entire movie of the character and Mac Mohan played Sambha character has only one line dialogue in movie still that is remembered.

One of the interesting facts of delay in shooting is, Jaya was pregnant with Sweta as Amitabh and Jaya married only before four months of the movie begun. Dharmendra and Hema Malini married after five years of release of Sholay. The movie filmed mostly in Ramanagara town, 50 Kms away from Bangalore. It became a tourist place after Sholay declared hit.

There are more to say like, the train robbery was shot on Mumbai-Pune track near Panvel, The bullets were used were original in several scenes, but in mood of "Will Say Later!!!"
